  • Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee? What if I am not happy with my order?
    Answer:
We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on most of our DVD products. If you are unhappy with any item, you may return it for a complete refund within 15 days of delivery. Please note, due to the nonreturnable nature of digital products, some exceptions may apply; Contact Us for more details.

If you believe your product is defective or incorrect, please Contact Us and we'd be happy to help walk you through some diagnostic steps to help isolate the problem.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
  • Do you offer videos of events prior to 2001?
    Answer:
While our website goes back as far as 2001, we have events available for purchase going even further back. To inquire about your event, Contact Us with your event name, date and location and we'd be happy to assist you!
  • Where can you ship your products - do you offer international delivery?
    Answer:
We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Most of our products have the shipping price included for US delivery. International delivery requires additional shipping fees displayed during checkout, so be sure to fully fill out the shipping fields.
  • When can I expect my order to ship?
Answer: Most orders ship out approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of the event, as indicated on the product order page. Events with music performances can take longer due to the additional time required for synchronization licenses. Previous years' events (referred to as Backorders) will typically mail out in around 1-3 weeks, depending on the type and date. We will send you an email when your order has shipped.
  • What is an HD Copy (also known as Digital Copy)?
Answer: An HD Copy is a file-based, High-Definition version of the video delivered on a data disc. It is playable on any computer with a DVD drive, as well as many Blu-Ray Players. You can play the files on your mobile devices by inserting the disc, transferring the files to your computer, and then to your mobile device.
  • What is an HD Download (also known as Digital Download)?
Answer: An HD Download is a file-based, High-Definition version of the video delivered via email download link, around the same time as the DVD ships. It is playable on nearly every device, though it is recommended to download to a desktop or laptop computer first. It is important to note the difference between HD Copy (arrives on a disc) and HD Download (arrives via download, as the name implies)
  • What devices will work with HD Copies?
Answer: Any player capable of playing H264 .MP4 files will be able to play the files after transferring from disc. Many recent models of Bluray players will play HD Copies straight off the disc without need to convert or transfer; however, it varies by model. For the easiest playback, insert the disc into your computer and transfer the file to your device.
  • What does Multi-Cam and High-Cam mean?
Answer: Multi-Cam view is short for Multiple Camera angles. When we produce a marching band show, we sometimes use more than one camera. The multi-cam view is the view that switches between a variety of camera angles including the wide angle and close-ups.

The High-Cam view (sometimes called "Wide Cam") is the view from the press box. It stays as wide as possible the entire show, allowing you to see all the formations without interruption. Keep in mind that with this view, you will not see individual members of the band, only the entire band.
  • I want to show my DVD publicly. Is this okay?
Answer: Due to copyright restrictions, our DVDs are for private use only.
  • How can I get my order faster? Do you offer expedited shipping?
Answer: You may place a rush order on any eligible item, typically available 4-6 weeks after most events. You can easily check eligibility by adding the desired item to cart, and checking in the Checkout page for shipping. Prices are as listed. Most rush orders will ship out the following business day. In the event that a rush is not available, you will be contacted for further instruction.
