When will I get my file?

Availability time of your file will vary depending on the internet connection at the event.

We typically include an estimate in our emails so that you will know how long we think it will take.

Please keep in mind, this is an estimate and subject to change. 

 

What do I do if I don't receive my file?

If it's past the estimate you originally received, please feel free to contact us.

If you received an email from us, you can simply reply to the email - it will go straight to our

web administration staff. If not, you can submit an email on our contact us page.

 

How will I get my file?

We send download links to the email addresses provided to us by the event directors.

Clicking this link will take you to the download page - see below for device-specific notes.

 

Desktop and Laptop

Desktop and laptop users can download in their browser by simply clicking

the Download button in the top right of the screen, then click Direct Download.

 

Mobile Device (Phone, tablet, etc)

Using the Dropbox app on your phone or tablet will allow you to download the files.

Due to differences in mobile internet browsers, this app is currently required.
